HRT/D300 and HRP/D300

HRP/D300 and HRT/D300 are Shannon’s auto feed models.
The HRP/D300 is constructed with similar features to the HRP with two major differences. The HRP/D is equipped with an automatic feed system. Using a pneumatic controlled feeder with a conveyor belt, the HRP/D feeds material through the machine at up to 40 ft. per minute. This is perfect for manufacturing large quantities of display type products. The HRP/D’s top is shorter than the bottom to allow room for the feeder system (6.5’). Wire heat, top dwell timing, wire height, and position are adjustable. The machine comes complete with rollers on the top frame to help material through for faster production.

The HRT/D300 is built to the same specifications as the HRP/D without the top heating option. This allows for a more economical, large format automatic feed heat table. This model is perfect for fast production of thinner material. This model is fully adjustable for wire position, heat, and height.
