Description
The Shannon HRP/D plastic bending machines have both lower and upper reflectors with heating wires. The lower wires can be adjusted in height. The pneumatically controlled upper frame has an adjustable clamping bar, automatic electronic timer with buzzer and foot controlled emergency switch.
The HRP/D is equipped with an automatic feed system. Using a pneumatic controlled feeder with a conveyor belt, the HRP/D feeds material through the machine at up to 40 ft. per minute. This is perfect for manufacturing large quantities of display type products. The HRP/D’s top is shorter than the bottom to allow room for the feeder system (6.5’). Wire heat, top dwell timing, wire height, and position are adjustable. The machine comes complete with rollers on the top frame to help material through for faster production. Durable sliding panels on the work surface can be moved or detached with ease. These machines can be enhanced with extra reflectors and/or temperature control units. A parallel stop is supplied with inch and metric scale. Reflectors with multiple heating wires make it possible to bend thicker material or create larger radius bends.
- HRP/D machine upper reflectors are 200 cm (78.7402″) long reflectors.
- HRP/D machine lower reflectors are 300 cm (118.11″) long reflectors.
An EV or DB temperature control unit is also needed to control the temperature of the heating wires.
