Shannon’s teflon coated foil bending profiles can bend thin sheets .011″– .059″ (0.3 to 1.5 mm.) without distortion. These profiles are perfect for bending Forex or foamed PVC to prevent ‘ears’ on the sides of the bends — avoiding additional trimming. The foil bending profiles are also available with a double contact-back to make two very close bends possible. Back-sizes are available from .078″ – .393″ (2 to 10 mm) wide.
Standard lengths are: 19.6″, 25.59″ and 49.2″ (50, 65 and 125 cm).
