Description
The Shannon HRT 65 and 125 are very practical bending machines equipped with heating wires within reflectors which can be adjusted. The working surface has durable sliding panels which can be moved or detached with ease. These machine can be expanded with extra reflectors and/or temperature control units. Reflectors with multiple heating wires make it possible to bend thicker material or create larger radius bends
- HRT 65 requires 65 cm (25.59″) long reflectors.
- HRT 125 requires 125 cm (49.21″) long reflectors.
- HRT/D 300 requires 300 cm (118.1″) long reflectors.
An EV or DB temperature control unit is also needed to control the temperature of the heating wires.

The Shannon HRT-D is a larger, semi-automatic bending machine with adjustable reflectors (20 or 40 mm. wide.) with heating wires. It can bend large plastic sheets as well as large series of small sheets with a speed controlled feed and transport system. A removable conveyor belt and 2 parallel stops are supplied with inch and metric scale. The aluminum top frame is constructed with adjustable pressure bars. The temperature of the heating wires can be independently and continuously variably adjusted with a digital temperature control unit.
