HRP Series

The HRP line is the largest and most powerful series of linear heat tables available. The HRP ranges in size from 86.8” to 118.11”, and can be configured with up to 8 lines providing a flexible platform. With Shannon’s line of multi wire reflectors the HRP can be configured to bend large radiuses in materials as thick as 1”. In the 4-top 4-bottom configurations, the HRP can deliver 4 heating paths in 3/4” material. Like all of the Shannon heat tables, the wires are adjustable for position temperature and height. The top frame is pneumatically controlled and has a programmable timer that automatically releases when the preset time is reached. It also includes a foot switch, and four emergency buttons that control the top frame. The HRP has a durable scratch and heat resistant working surface equipped with side stops and a graduated indicator. Production Time Cycle for Various Plastics

The HRP/S provides many of the same options as the HRP at a more economical price point. It has a maximum of 4 heating lines and can easily handle material up to .6”. With a bed length of 86.5” it bridges the gap between the HRK and the HRP.
