Tooling
Recently, we have had a few diamond tools damaged during shipment to us for sharpening services. Packaging of these tools is critical to ensure the integrity of the diamond inserts. We do provide protective boxes for these tools, and it is best if the tool remains with its original box. Proper care and handling of your diamond tools.
