The EF-2000 removes saw marks and produces a clear, finished edge on acrylic in a single pass! The machine handles work pieces up to 2" thick which can be stacked and fed simultaneously up to the maximum 2" capacity. Work pieces are fed by two constant-tension precision belt assemblies across a special diamond cutter mounted on a high speed spindle.
Feed rate is infinitely variable from of 0-18' per minute via a DC speed control.
Spindle height is adjustable in increments of .001" to precisely adjust the cutter to the correct height.
The belt pulley assemblies are mounted to a common base and can swing out to permit easy access to the cutter for tool changes.

The EF-2000 comes equipped with two removable, 3' long track extensions and four adjustable vertical support columns which make it possible to handle sheets 4' x 8' and larger. The machine also comes with a complete set of tools for set-up, adjustment, and operation. A depth indicator and base is also supplied for setting tool height.
